Terms of Service

1. The service

Soy56 provides project blueprints, AI-generated ideas, the Spark Lab workspace, and a curated PDF Library (collectively, the "Service"). Some content is free; paid tiers (Builder, Pro, Studio) unlock full blueprints, full Library reading, AI search, and submission privileges.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Soy56. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share accounts or impersonate others.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, spider, or bulk-download content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or bypass tier gates, paywalls, or Library page limits.
• Attempt to download, screen-record, redistribute, or extract full PDFs from the Library — free tier is strictly limited to a 3-page preview.
• Upload malware, spam, hate speech, or illegal material.
• Interfere with other users' accounts or the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build a competing clone of Soy56.

4. Library & content ownership

All blueprints, Spark Lab outputs, Library PDFs, and copy on Soy56 are owned by us or licensed to us by their respective authors and publishers. Library PDFs are streamed for personal, in-app reading only — no download, redistribution, or commercial reuse is permitted. Your feedback, comments, and submissions remain yours, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute them within the Service.

5. Tiers & access limits

• Free: 3-page preview of any Library PDF, basic AI search inside the Library, and no downloads. The 3-page limit is enforced on the server — the PDF is trimmed before it ever reaches your browser.
• Builder / Pro / Studio: full Library reading, full blueprint access, and submission privileges as described on the Pricing page.
• Admin accounts have full access to all content and admin tooling for moderation and support purposes.

6. Payments & billing

Paid tiers are sold as one-month access passes and processed via Razorpay. Each purchase grants access to the selected tier for 30 days from the date of payment; access does not auto-renew. To continue beyond the 30-day window, you simply purchase the tier again from the Pricing page. Because there is no recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel — your access lapses automatically when the period ends.

7. Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on any paid tier. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. See the Refund Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

Soy56 content, including Library books and AI-generated answers from Spark Lab and Library Search, is informational only — not investment, legal, medical, or professional advice. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not guarantee that any blueprint, idea, or recommendation will be profitable, safe, or bug-free. Use your own judgment before building, investing, or acting on it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including any attempt to bypass Library page limits or download trimmed content. To delete your account or request account data, contact us at /contact and we will process the request within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent local consumer protection laws apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active users and posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
