Our guarantee

We want you to feel zero risk when you upgrade. If Soy56 — the blueprints, Spark Lab, or Library — is not what you expected, you get your money back. No forms, no guilt, no clawbacks.

7-day full refund

Every paid tier (Builder, Pro, Studio) qualifies for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Tiers are sold as one-month access passes via Razorpay — there is no auto-renewal, so each purchase is independent. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, typically for technical issues that prevent access to blueprints, Spark Lab, or the Library.

How to request a refund

  1. Send your request from the Contact page using the email on your account.
  2. Include your account email and the Razorpay payment ID from your purchase receipt (helps us match the order quickly).
  3. We process within 2 business days; Razorpay refunds typically reach your bank or card within 5–7 business days.

What is not refundable

  • Donations or tips (they are voluntary).
  • Partial-month proration after the 7-day window — your access already runs to the end of the 30-day period you paid for.
  • Accounts terminated for abuse, attempts to bypass Library page limits, or other Terms violations.

No subscription to cancel

Paid tiers are one-time, 30-day access passes — they do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access lapses automatically at the end of the period, and you can choose to purchase again from the Pricing page at any time. You keep full access — including the Library — until your current period ends.
